By engaging with our Services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services
We provide AI-driven lead generation, messaging automation, and SMS-based communications designed to support marketing, sales, and customer engagement. Services may include but are not limited to: reactivation of old leads, automated SMS campaigns, AI-enhanced data analysis, and marketing funnel integrations. Deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics may be further defined in separate agreements, statements of work, or service addenda.
Compliance and Client Responsibility
SMS Compliance: Client agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and international laws, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and other data privacy regulations. Opt-In Requirement: Client must ensure all contacts provided for AI and SMS campaigns have provided valid, express consent. Data Accuracy: Client is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and integrity of any data, contact lists, or content provided. Restrictions: Client may not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
Intellectual Property
All proprietary systems, AI workflows, messaging scripts, designs, and methodologies developed by San Antonio Pro Finder/Dealey Limited remain the intellectual property of the Company. Client is granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use deliverables created during the engagement solely for its internal business purposes. Client may not reproduce, resell, or distribute Company-owned assets without prior written consent.
Fees and Payment
Fees for Services will be outlined in the applicable Agreement, Proposal, or Service Order. Payments are due in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule. Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of Services. Certain Services may be provided on a performance-based compensation model, where fees are contingent upon results produced.
Limitation of Liability
San Antonio Pro Finder/Dealey Limited provides Services “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, sales results, or profitability. We are not responsible for damages arising from client misuse of Services, third-party actions, regulatory fines due to client non-compliance, or disruptions outside of our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client for the Services in question within the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information, trade secrets, customer data, and other non-public materials exchanged during the course of Services. This obligation survives termination of Services.
Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate Services with [30] days’ written notice, unless otherwise stated in a signed Agreement. Upon termination, Client remains responsible for all outstanding payments and compliance obligations.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration located in San Antonio, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Modifications
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

REFUND POLICY
